We suffer more in our minds... than we do in reality.

Time and time again I've proved that my mind will make up stories to justify things that're not based on factual proof.

And whenever I find out the actual truth, yet I chose to believe my own fictional reality, I'm humbled.

Oh, so you mean they weren't even thinking about me in that way all this time round and yet I lost sleep over it?

And oh, you mean all these stories I convinced myself were truth was actually my mind making presumptions.

And as we tell ourselves these stories, we suffer more in our minds that we do in reality. Our minds its like live with the guilt and burden of things that are actually not factual.

And I find the best way to put an end to all this... DON'T MAKE ASSUPTIONS, ASK. GET CLARITY.
